The sand wasn't as loose as normal beach sand, and was fairly flat in places, but still, you could catch a hole and it would getcha. and you know me with holes! if there is one within 50 feet, I'm gonna fall into it. <br /><br />packed or not, sand is tricky. I've got nothing but respect for folks I hear about running on the beach.Amy M.
